Booking & Cancellation Policy • Full payment is required via bank transfer at the time of booking, not on the day of your appointment. Bank details will be sent to first-time clients. • A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Late cancellations are non-refundable.
